Power Of Giving : This Festive Season

Few years ago, I was going to high school where l used to learn to collect my A Level results. When I collected the paper I was not that shocked because my granny has told me before, what you sow is what you reap. Ladies & gentlemen, this concept my granny taught me does not work at school only, it works even in real life.

I remember when I was at University. I knew that by next week l will be broke because l had spent money foolishly. I looked in my pocket & noticed I had only $5 left. Do you know what l did? I went to a bagger who was sitting at the corner of store & gave him all the money l had left with. The next morning, I was sitting in my room very worried. Suddenly, my cousin called me & I felt she was excited about something by the way her voice sounded. She told me she had just send $100 in my bank account. I could not believe it! My heart was filled with joy. My main point here is whatever you give, it will come back to you. It might not come back through that same channel but it will come back to you. The moment you give you create a vacuum [space] to receive.

Many people they don’t give because they have poverty mindset. They believe in lack & in scarcity. They believe they have nothing to give. Giving does mean giving money only you can even give yourself to people. For example, going to hospital & praying for someone it’s giving. Opening a door for someone behind you, thus giving. Waking up every morning & start writing an article you are reading believing it will change someone else life is giving. Start living a generous life & contributing something every day,your life will begin to have a meaning.

Each one of us has a life purpose & it is related to the gifts[talents] you were given by God. If you don’t know your talents or if you are not sharing them with people you are committing spiritual suicide. Have you ever notice that some people they don’t even smile? They are spiritual dead because they cant even afford to smile at you & pass the positive vibez to the world. The more l give money, ideas, knowledge, smile, love to people thus the more it returns to me. Amazing!

What do you benefit from giving?

1.Giving empowers you

-Your percentage of happiness right now is equal to the percentage your give something to people. Giving create energy for yourself& others. Sometimes we might not be here to witness the effort of what we gave to the world. You can even create 100 friends tomorrow just by giving something. In the bible it is written that those who give are more blessed than those who receive.

2. Don’t give for the sack of recognition

-if you give someone a Christmas present this festive season, don’t go around the world telling everyone what you have done. Just give & be silence then experience  some positive vibez that will run through your heart.

3. Eliminate poverty through giving

-In Africa we can eliminate hunger & poverty through giving, thus the concept of life. America is the richest country in the world because they understand the concept of giving. Success is equal to quantity & quality of services you give. There are some people who are busy complaining but if they use that energy to give something, our world will be better than it is currently.

4. Practice Gratitude

-Learn to appreciate what you have received no matter how small it might be. Write a letter of appreciation to anyone who have contributed something in your life, even to your parents. Whatever you focus on, it is going to expand. Don’t focus on what you don’t have, focus on what you have.Continue to give love & hope so that you will receive it.

In conclusion,you are lacking what you want in life because you are not giving it. You want money? Give money to people. You want clothes? Give clothes to people. How can you expect someone to love you when you are not giving love. In life you receive what you give. Make a promise to me that you are going to something to someone after reading this article, even a smile! Give someone a present on Christmas eve so that we can pass the positive vibez to the world.
