Create your own reality

One of the greatest lesson l learn when l was growing up is that everyone have the power to view the world they way want to. Creating reality starts when we are coming from other dimension & enter the physical world through our mother's womb. When we are born our parents & family members have dominion on creating our reality because they are the ones who raise us, teaching us about the world & creating our reality. lf our parents have negative perception of the world we get drawn into that reality & think this is how the world is but the truth is reality is what you perceive it to be.

Everything in this world is open to interpretation. ln my world there is nothing either bad or good but thinking & interpreting makes it so. For example you might want to go to a picnic with your lover but when it starts to rain you might cancel your plans & blame the rain. The same scenario can be given to a farmer who is experiencing drought, if it starts to rain it will be a dream come true. My main point is that you interpret every circumstance according to the way you want.

Have you ever get stuck in a traffic jam? Thus great! Because it’s a chance for you to take a break, relax, meditate, and maybe listen to some soothing music. You don’t have to join the rest of the herd in becoming upset. You have the power to have a good perception of events.

How can you create your own reality?

1. Power of words: Affirmations     
   

Few weeks ago l wrote an article about power of words & you can scrolled down on this page & check it. Having daily positive affirmations can help you to create your own reality. Every single morning when l wake up l confess my daily positive words. For example, l say "today l am expecting a great opportunity that will change my life" & every day l always get great wonderful opportunities because every good thing in life is for free.

2. Feeding your thoughts

What do you feed your mind with? There is power in music you listen to, movies you watch, books, articles, newspapers you read & TV programs you watch because they are creating your reality without you even knowing it. For example, if you listen daily to Chris Brown song "girls aint loyal" you will be feeding your subconscious mind that every girl in the world is not loyal & guess what? You have created your reality & you will attract that it your life without even knowing it -"law of attraction".

There are number of reasons why l don’t read newspapers, watch certain TV programs or horror movies because l understand their power over my mind. l always choose positive vibes from music l listen to, inspiring movies or documentaries l watch, books l read & people l hang around with because they are contributing in creating my own positive reality.

3. Changing your environment

There is power in the environment you stay & l have noticed that sometimes it might be hard to change your environment due to different personal reasons. lf your environment is surrounded by negative people you might end up getting sucked into negative reality. l have also notice that small things like roads, neighbors, buildings, people around you contribute in creating your own reality. Travelling or moving into another city or country have helped me in creating my positive reality because l will be learning new cultures, getting out of limited reality & explore the world.

ln conclusion a person with a weak reality gets drawn into other people’s perceptions of the world. A person with a strong reality is unaffected by other people’s perceptions, and instead he draws others into his world.
