Background
"Midnight Texts" is a second single track composed & produced by GZ, coming from his latest electronic/Dance album entitled "World Of Love". The song was released by RTS Entertainment on 16 November via radio stations & made available on internet platform on 24 November.

Upon its release, "Midnight Texts" received generally mixed reviews from music critics, who were amused by the production style & the abnormal level of creativity. Prior to its release, GZ was spotted recently in several Cape Town radio stations promoting another single track from the album entitled "Secret Lovers."

According to the beat maker GZ, he was quoted recently saying “This is the type of a song to listen to when you are exchanging romantic texts with your lover in the middle of night. Sometimes l wake up exactly at 3am & to my surprise my lover will be awake also. We chat all night until the sun arises & i can’t wait to see her face."

The single track is rooted in pop, dance & electro house. To further promote his album "World Of Love", GZ is embarking on Cape Town clubs tour this December entitled "Love stories."
