Special skill everyone should learn

ln the summer of 2014, l was invited to an interview at a certain Cape Town restaurant. l arrived on time & joined other people who were waiting in the que. l began to feel a little bit nervous when l realized l was the next guy to go to the interview room. Minutes didn't pass until the guy who was in front of me went out. l slowly lift my legs & proceed to go & meet the interviewer. We did not develop a positive rapport because l was so nervous. We exchanged questions & answers until the interviewer asked me to sell me a cup of coffee. As you know, l fucked up & the interview was done. They promised to call me back very soon but l knew they said that just to make feel better. l walked out & went back home.

Sitting down now in the present & look back at my past, l realized at that time l did not possess a special skill everyone in the world should learn "sales!".  Selling is one of the most underestimated skill in the world but if we look at the world in a new different perspective, everyone is a sales person. The way you dress, walking style, hair style & body language is an advertisement you put out to the world.

A guy cannot win a woman of his dreams unless he is a good salesman. To get married you have to know how to sale your personality, character & be able to convince the other person that there is no better person in the world who can love you better than l am. Going to a job interview is going to sale your skills to the employer. l lacked sales skills that's why l  was rejected at that restaurant. lf you don't know how to sale then you wont succeed financially, career & relationship. To convince anyone in the world to do what you want them to do you have to be a great salesman & learn the art of being influential.

The first thing l did after leaving university was to be a salesperson in financial industry & we were selling company shares, forex, investment portfolio, gold & silver. lf you ever watched a movie called "Wolves of the wall street" that's exactly what we were doing. l had to get used to hourly rejection until l felt no fear of rejection. Besides that, being a skilled salesperson gives you unfair advantage in life, for example extra ordinary confidence: you can approach any stranger, anywhere, any time without fear of being rejection because you are used to. Sales skills develop your communication skills, ability to earn greater income, makes you influential through learning human behavior, expand your social & business network & go anywhere in life with ultra confidence.

Sales gives you immediate feedback on your performance: if you get rejected that means you have to step your game!

ln conclusion, sales is as hard as any job in the company but to live your dreams & have desires of your own heart you have to convince or sale your ideas to other people. lf you want to change your life to the next level, today is a perfect time to start learning sales. All the greatest people, influential & celebrities around the world are great salesman.
